Evans Municipal Court regularly meets for arraignments or "first appearances" and continuance hearings on the first, second and third Thursdays of every month beginning at 9:00 am. Continuance and special hearings are held at 1:00 pm on the first Thursday of each month. Unless otherwise ordered, court sessions are open to the public.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled court date for any reason, please notify the court no later than 24 hours before your court date.
